We are a top agency not only in the state of Colorado, but in the entire country. We have a rarely open position available. I am looking for a customer service representative for our agency. The title may sound boring, but the job is all but. This position services our large book of business. It involves making our customers' day better with each transaction. It involves helping them in ways they sometimes didn't know they needed help with. With the right skills and attitude, you could work your way up in my office or in the State Farm corporate structure. Skills that I am looking for:

Problem Solving: This position deals with every day issues with our clients. Sometimes the solution may not be right in front of you. It takes a creative, problem solving mind to help each person.
Thick Skin: Believe it or not, not all humans are kind and understanding. This position requires the ability to move on from tough conversations quickly.
Patience: Along with moving on quickly, some customers need a kind a patient ear. They need someone to listen to their problems without judgement.
Multitasking: As mentioned, we have many customers. The ability to do two or three things at once is a must.

Our office culture is young and vibrant. We are seeking someone to fit into this environment. The job will require a Colorado Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire. Our salary is among the highest in the industry for this position. We offer unlimited vacation, 4-day work weeks, monthly team activities (white water rafting, skiing, sports tickets, golfing, etc.) and an end of year bonus. More information about the training, processes, and salary will be discussed in the interview.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
